Stump the Pro Returns to Industry Summit
LAS VEGAS — Tony Dupaquier, voted a 2013 Best in Class Trainer by attendees of Industry Summit, will return to F&I and Showroom’s annual conference to reprise his Stump the Pro workshop, an interactive session that allows attendees to pose and get answers to their most troublesome customer objection.
Stump the Pro is one of several F&I training workshops being offered at Industry Summit 2014, scheduled for Sept. 8-10 at the Paris Las Vegas. Dupaquier, who pens F&I and Showroom’s monthly Stump the Pro section, serves as director of F&I training for American Financial & Automotive Services Inc. (AFAS)’s F&I University.
“Tony’s Stump the Pro workshop has become a mainstay at Industry Summit, so much so that we were forced to launch a Stump the Pro column in the magazine,” said David Gesualdo, publisher of F&I and Showroom and Auto Dealer Monthly magazines. “So think of this session as Tony bringing his column to life, as he will once again lead this face-paced, interactive session that allows attendees to get answers to their most troublesome customer objections.”
Dupaquier stared in the car business in 1990, serving in various roles at the retail level. In 1995, he earned the prestigious title of Nissan National Walk-Around Champion. He joined AFAS in 2000 and has served as a guest speaker for a number of 20 Groups and dealer associations. This year, he served as a speaker at the NADA Convention & Expo.
Industry Summit includes educational tracks for F&I, Special Finance, Used Vehicle Retailing, Dealership Sales & Technology and P&A Leadership.
